KT Tape replied: “Prep the skin by cleaning with rubbing alcohol and let dry completely prior to application… The adhesive on the tape needs at least one hour to adhere fully to skin before it can withstand moisture or any activity.”

KT Tape Original Cotton stays on for 1 to 3 days. KT Tape Pro, Pro Ice and Pro-Oxygen are water resistant and designed to stay on for up to 7 days through sweat, showers and the pool.
