PLEASE NOTE, OUR WAREHOUSE IS CLOSED FROM 20TH DECEMBER 2023 UNTIL 3RD JANUARY 2024.

ALL ORDERS MADE DURING THIS TIME WILL BE PROCESSED AND DISPATCHED FROM 3RD JANUARY 2024.

EXPRESS POST ORDERS WILL STILL BE SENT VIA EXPRESS POST AFTER THIS DATE, HOWEVER PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THEY CANNOT BE PROCESSED OR SHIPPED UNTIL 3RD JANUARY 2024.

LAST ORDERS BEFORE THIS DATE MUST BE MADE BEFORE THE 12PM CUTOFF ON 20TH DECEMBER 2023.

All products are shipped with Australia Post.
Standard Post: FREE* all order over $80, $10 Standard Post for all orders under $80.
Express Post: $15.00 All orders are shipped within 3* working days.

Express Post remains Australia Post's fastest postal service, but our next-business-day guarantee is suspended until domestic flights return to normal.

If you wish to return or exchange your order for a different size, colour or style, please email us at sales@ballbrands.com.au with your name, order number, and product so we can help you quickly.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Change you mind? Not a problem. We accept change of mind returns within 30 days from the delivery date, please send unopened, with original packaging to:

Please include your name, order number. Returns accepted should be in unopened, unused condition. Returns that meet these criteria will be refunded the full purchase price.
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost for change of mind refunds.

DEFECTIVE

Should your item arrive defective, please email sales@ballbrands.com.au, and include the following information:

Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
Your name, address, and defective product
Whether you would like a refund or exchange.

If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
